We use high quality, full grain-leather made from a reputable tannery in Mexico.  Because we use full grain leather, no two bags are made the same way. This means there might be slight variations in the way your bag looks from the ones we use in the photos. But, we guarantee the same level of quality and craftsmanship for all of our products.

When buying something Lyndon, we assure you that you are buying the best quality, we’ll cover your product for life! That means each bag is guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects and damages to zippers, leather, straps, and any functional features that you need to carry your bag.



This limited warranty applies to the following defects:

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
Breakdowns in the zippers, zipper pullers, straps, handles, and stitching of the bag materials. 

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

"Cosmetic Damage" which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of Bag by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage. 

Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Bag (we'll only replace the parts that are defective and not the other areas unless they also have functional damage). 


These are the following steps to return your product:

1. Send your product to 1800 Lavaca Street, Suite 110 Austin Texas 78701 (item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags and its original packaging).

2. Share with us the amount you paid for shipping.

3. Once we receive the product you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, we'll also pay you  the amount  you'd paid for returning the item. 

It can take up 15 days (via Shopify payments & PayPal) to reflect on your bank account.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Elo, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay.

If you were shown an error while we attempted to process your credit card, please double-check your payment information and try again.

Only your bank or credit card issuer can confirm the specific reason. Here are a few of the most common ones:

1.Incorrect credit card number or your card already expired
2.Insufficient funds
3. Some banks will reject charges based on location; online international payments should be enabled (Especially on Mexican Debit/Credit Cards)
4. Billing address does not match bank account address.

If you're based in the U.S, Canada or Mexico, free shipping normally takes anywhere from 5-6 working days via UPS, we would like you to receive it right now, unfortunately teletransportation isn't available yet.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We have our fullfilment facilities in Houston, Austin & Leon, Mexico, so your order may come from any of these fullfilment facilities.

Lyndon cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays. For orders outside US, import duties may be applicable.
As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs.
